Game Room
The screened in porch has become a bright, beautiful, climate controlled room with comfortable seating and tables. It is a great place for board games, conversation, and small group meetings.
Souvenir Store
In the same week that the porch was remodeled, the mission team added a new wall to the office lobby area and created a secure area to set up a souvenir store!
Target Barn
The hay barn was re-purposed to become the Target Barn. It is now the home to Blow Darts, Sling Shot, BB rifles, Archery, and Hatchets. There is also an open area with tables and plenty of room for creating your own targets and enjoying fellowship!
Meeting Hall
The program storage building was remodeled into a beautiful, climate controlled meeting room that seats 80. The room is carpeted and equipped with screens and amplification. This year a beautiful deck was added on two sides.
Maintenance Shop
We were able to purchase a piece of property across the lane from the camp. The property had a large metal building, 60′ x 100′. The availability of this building was the piece that we needed in order to move everything out of the program storage building before remodeling it into the Meeting Hall. A section in the back was closed in and shelving added to make it a very nice program storage area. The center section is now housing all of the equipment that was stored at the hay barn (now the Target Barn) and the remaining section has become a maintenance shop! There is a section for wood working, metal work, electrical and plumbing, automotive and room to work. There is a climate controlled area for paint storage and the maintenance office along with a restroom, shower and laundry room that also serves the new RV sites.
Program Activities
We have added several new program activities to our options! Branding craft, escape room, laser target shooting, shotgun bowling, and .22 rifles. Each year we endeavor to add new things to the list!
