What is summer staff?
Each summer Camp Assurance hires approximately 24 young people to fulfill various ministry roles. We hire 8 counselors who should have at least one year of college training. The remaining positions are for operational staff, who must be at least 16 years old by June 1st. These positions include working in the kitchen, snack shop, craft shop, coffee shop, maintenance, hospitality, as well as certified lifeguards, nurse, and program staff.
Under 16 years old
Check out our T.I.M.E. Program
Summer staff work and pray hard daily to provide a Christ-centered camp experience for the children. The fruits of their labors are children getting saved, growing spiritually, and being challenged to serve God with their own lives.
